Vegitable Pulao with Coconut Milk

Instructions
  1. Preeparation of coconut milk:

    Take 2 cups of chopped raw coconut into a mixi jar grind it & add 1/4 cup of water & make as smooth paste. Now strain it using strainer, add required quantity of water to it.

  2. Heat 2 tsp of oil & 2 tsp of butter in a pressure cooker; add whole garam masala spices, sahijeera, sliced onions, salt saute for 3 min.
  3. Now add casuew nuts, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, salt & chopped carrot, potato & beans mix well add 2 cups of soaked basmati rice & 3 cups of coconut milk and close the pressure cooker with its lid. Allow it for 2-3 vissiles to come.

  4. Transfer the vegitable pulao into a serving plate add coriander leaves & serve.
