Preeparation of coconut milk:
Take 2 cups of chopped raw coconut into a mixi jar grind it & add 1/4 cup of water & make as smooth paste. Now strain it using strainer, add required quantity of water to it.
Now add casuew nuts, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, salt & chopped carrot, potato & beans mix well add 2 cups of soaked basmati rice & 3 cups of coconut milk and close the pressure cooker with its lid. Allow it for 2-3 vissiles to come.
