Aloo bath is a delicious rice recipe. You can any kind of vegetable to it.
Heat the oil in a pan. Dry roast all masala ingredients for 2-3min.
Grand them and take it into a bowl.
Rinse the rice and soak it for 20min.
Heat the ghee in a pan. Then add Mustard, Cumin, bay leaf, and hing saute it.
Then add chopped onions, sliced chilies, and ginger garlic paste. Saut it for some time till they get transparent.
Now add chopped tomatoes, vegetables, aloo, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and Saute it for 5min.
Then drain the rice and add to vegetable. Mix well and saute it.
Add required water and stir well. Cover the pan with lid and cook for 20min or till the rice cooked well.
Once rice cooked add coriander leaves on top of it.
