In a bowl take chopped green chilli, spring onion, carrot, cabbage, capsicum, beans, add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, pepper, soya sauce, chilli sauce, 2 tsp of cornflour, 2 tsp of maida, salt mix well & prepare small balls.
Heat 250 ml of oil; deep fry the balls for 5 min, remove them from oil & place them in paper napkin plate.
Now take a bowl pour 2 cups of water, add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, salt, ginger garlic paste, pepper & 4 tsp of corn flour mix well.
Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan; add finely chopped green chilli & ginger-garlic stir well, add curry leaves saute for 2 min.
Now add the prepared batter bring to boil, add salt & fried balls stir well. Cook for 5 min.
Garnish the serving plate place serving bowl, Transfer the veg manchuria, sprinkle coriander leaves & spring onion. Serve hot with rice or roti.
