Preparation of Masala Powder
  1. Heat a pan; place red chilli, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, methi seeds, clove, cardamom, cinnamon dry roast them for few minutes, transfer the mixture into a mixi jar, add kasuri methi, black salt and grind it to a fine powder. Now Tandoori Chicken Masala is ready.

Preparation of Tandoori Chicken
  1. In a bowl take big chicken leg pieces, make deep cuts to the chicken, apply salt, lemon juice and marinate for 1 hr.

  2. After 1 hr add ginger garlic paste, curd and tandoori masala apply thoroughly and rest the chicken for 3 hr in a refrigerator.

  3. Take the bowl out of refrigerator, transfer the marinated chicken into a baking tray and bake for 15 min at 250 degrees.
  4. Now tandoori chicken is ready. Serve it with mint chutney.
