Method of Preparation:
Heat ghee (2sp) in a pan; fry vermicelli pasta (200g) till light brown color and transfer into a plate.
In the same pan add ghee (2sp) fry almond (3sp) and cashew nuts (3sp).
Take a vessel and boil milk (500ml), to this add pasta and keep stirring in between.
Cook this 5 minutes or until the vermicelli turns soft. To this add sugar (1/2cup), and fried almond and cashew and cardamom powder (1/2sp).
Transfer the sweet pasta into a serving plate and serve by keeping this in freezer.
