Sprouts Curry

  1. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan; add cumin seeds, hing, mustard seeds, chopped onion saute well, add turmeric, ginger-garlic paste cook for 3 min. 

  2. Add chopped tomatoes stir well cook for 5 min. Now add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, jaggery, cumin powder saute well allow to release oil from the curry.

  3. Now add the moong dal sprouts and chana dal sprouts stir well, add 1 cup of water cook for 15 min on medium flame.

  4. Finally add the coriander leaves & serve hot with rice or roti.
