Spinach Chicken – Paalakura chicken

  • 1/2 KG Chicken
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 50 Grms Jeedipappu (Cashews)
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Dhania powder
  • 3 cups Chopped Paalakoora (Spinach)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  1. Wash the spinach and dip the spinach in hot water for some time (About a minute). Then Grind it.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped cashews, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder one by one.

  3. Once onion turned to golden brown color, add the spinach paste and mix it.

  4. After one minute add chicken, chilli powder, salt and mix it well.

  5. Cover the pan and boil the chicken in low flame untill the chicken meat is falling off of the bone.

  6. Finally add garam masala and lemon juice to it.
