Spinach Cheese Roll

  1. Take mozzarella cheese cut it into rectangle shape and keep them a side.

  2. Now take a bowl, add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, baking powder, ajwain mix thoroughly, make it as thick slurry using water.

  3. Mean while heat 250 ml of oil in a pan.

  4. Take spinach leaf place mozzarella cheese, roll the leaf, dip it in the gram flour slurry completely and place in hot oil.
  5. Deep fry the spinach roll on medium flame for about 5 min.
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
