Spicy Prawns Fry

Ingredients
  • 500 grms Prawns
  • 2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/3 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/3 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Papper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/3 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 1/2 cup Onions
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Chopped Ginger and Garlic
  • Curry leaves
Instructions
  1. In a bowl take turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, coriander powder, 2 tsp of curd, pepper mix well, add cleaned prawns mix well & keep a side for 30 min.

  2. Heat a pan; pour marinated prawns & cook for 10 min on medium flame. Remove the prawns & keep a side.
  3. Now heat 3 tsp of oil in a pan; add finely chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli, & onion slices saute till onion turns translucent.

  4. Now add curry leaves & cooked prawns saute for 5 min.

  5. Finally sprinkle coriander leaves & lemon juice.
