Spicy Fish Fry

  1. Heat 4 tsp of oil; add finely chopped garlic & ginger saute for 1 min. Add green chilli, curry leaves saute it & add chopped onion fry for 3-4 min.

  2. Now add chopped tomatoes, salt & cook for 5 min. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala stir well.
  3. Now place the prepared mixture in a banana leaf, on this place fish piece & above of it place prepared curry wrap the banana leaf & seal it with thread.
  4. Heat a pan; add 2 tsp of oil; place banana wrap & place burt charcoal above of it. Shallow fry both sides of banana leaf for 15 min.
  5. Remove the wrapper & serve the fried fish.
