Spicy Chicken Curry

  1. Heat 4 tsp of oil in a pan; add whole garam masala spices, green chilli, chopped onion saute for 2 min. Add turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste fry for 5 min.

  2. Now add red chilli powder, salt, chicken pieces cook for 15 min.
  3. To this add chopped tomatoes saute well cook for 10 min.
  4. Now add garam masala powder, coriander powder, pepper powder saute it & 1 cup of water cook for 5 min.

  5. Finally sprinkle coriander leaves & dish out the curry.
  6. Serve the chicken curry by garnishing with lemon, onion slice.
