Royyala (prawns) Iguru

Method of Preparation:

  • First take chopped onion (1/2cup), jeera (2sp), ginger-garlic paste in a mixy jar and make paste.
  • Clean the prawns (500g) and take in to a clean container, add ginger-garlic paste (1sp) and turmeric (1/2sp) to this add water (2cup). Boil this for 5min and stain.
  • Now heat a pan; add oil (3sp), add chopped garlic (2sp) and onion (1/2cup) fry for 2-3min. To this add turmeric powder (1/2sp) and prepared onion and ginger-garlic paste fry for 2min.
  • Now add the boiled prawns mix the curry well, add red chilly powder (2sp), salt (1sp), tomato puree (1/2cup), gasagasala paste (2sp).cook for 5min to get thick gravy.
  • Add garam masala (1sp) and finally coriander leaves.
  • Serve this curry with roti or steamed rice.
