Rawa Fish Fry

  1. In a bowl take alt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, tamarind juice mix well.

  2. Now take cleaned fish pieces in another bowl apply the above mixture thoroughly to the fish pieces & keep a side for 2-3 hr.

  3. Now take rawa (suji) in a plate, roll the fish pieces in rawa.

  4. Heat 250 ml of oil in a pan; deep fry the fish pieces on low flame for 5-10 min.

  5. Transfer the fried fish pieces into a plate, squeeze lemon on them and serve hot.
