Raw Banana Curd Chutney

  1. Take 2 raw bananas & cut into 2 pieces transfer into a pressure cooker, pour some water & allow it till 3 viscles to come.

  2. Take out the cooked bananas, peel the skin & mash them well, add salt. Keep it a side.
  3. Now heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan; add mustard seeds, hing, finely chopped green chilli, ginger and onion, salt saute for 5 min.

  4. To this add curd, stir & pour this into the banana bowl mix well, add coriander leaves & serve.
