Rava Dosa

  1. In a bowl take bombay rava, rice flour, maida (1:1:1), salt, pepper, cumin seeds, chopped onion, green chilli & coriander leaves mix well. Add water to make as loose pourable batter.

  2. Rest this for 30 min. Batter will become thick so add little water & stir well.

  3. Heat a dosa pan; spread oil pour dosa batter using small glass.
  4. Let it cook for 5 min on medium flame & take it out.
  5. Serve hot with coconut chutney or ground nut chutney.
