Chicken Manchurian is an Indo Chinese item. You can have this with a side dish for noddles and fried rice or snack.
Take the Minced chicken into a bowl add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, and pepper
Then add beaten egg whites, flour and mix well. Marinate it for 2 hours.
Heat the oil in the pan to deep fry. Deep fry the chicken balls until golden.
Take them out and place it on the kitchen towel.
Stir the cornflour in some water and make it thick batter.
Transfer the oil to another bowl and retain 2 tbsp of oil in it. Fry onions till transparent and ginger garlic paste.
Add pepper and fry for 2min.
Add 2 tbsp soya sauce and cornflour mixture. Stir for some time.
Then add fried chicken balls mix well. Cook it for 5 minutes or till the sauce becomes very thick.
Finally, add spring onions (optional) and serve.
