Prawns Stir fry

  1. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan; add 1 cup of prawns toss for 5 min. Remove the prawns and keep it a side.

  2. Now add 2 tsp of oil in the same pan; add finely chopped garlic, ginger, dry red chilli, honey, salt, chopped spring onion, chilli sauce, 1 tsp of corn flour, onion slices, tomato sauce, soya sauce saute well for 5 min.
  3. Now add the fried prawns & toss well.
  4. Finally add coriander leaves, lemon juice & serve hot.
