Take water (1-2 cups) in a vessel and add prawns (250g), ginger-garlic paste (1sp) and turmeric (1/2sp) and cook the prawns for 3-5min. Strain and keep a side.
Heat oil (3sp), in a pan; add onion (1cup) and fry till they turn slightly brownish. Add turmeric (pinch), chili powder (2sp), finely chopped chilies (3-4), chopped ginger (1/2sp), coriander powder (1/2sp), tomato puree (1cup), salt (1sp) and fry for a 5 min.
Now add cooked prawns and fry for 1-2mins.
Add cooked rice stir well and fry for 2min and remove from heat.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and onion and tomato slices and serve hot.
