  1. In a bowl take 5 min boiled prawns, add 1.5 tsp of chana flour, coriander powder, chat masala, cornflor, red chilli powder, salt to taste, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, lemon juice, 2 tsp of water or curd mix well & marinate for 20 min.

  2. Deep fry the prawns for 5 min & serve hot with tomato ketchup.
