Prawns Curry Leaves Fry

Instructions
  1. In a bowl take egg, ginger-garlic paste, basan, cornflour & mix well.

  2. In a mixy jar take garlic, green chilly, curry leaves powder it & add it to the above bowl.
  3. Now add salt, lemon & add 250 g of tiger prawns mix well. Keep a side for 15 min. Deep fry the prawns for 5 min.

  4. Deep fry 4-5 tsp curry leaves.

  5. Now heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add chopped onion & green chilly, turmeric, 1/4 cup of curd mix well.

  6. Add salt & curry leaves powder.
  7. Finally add fried prawns cook for 4-5 min in low flame.
  8. Sprinkle coriander leaves & serve hot by sprinkling fried curry leaves & lemon.
