Prawns Biryani

  1. Take cleaned prawns in a bowl, add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice, brown onion, curd & mix well keep it in refrigerator for about 1 hr.

  2. Heat a vessel, add sufficient water, add whole garam masala spices, green chilli, coriander powder, garam masala powder, bay leaves, sahijeera, & 2 tsp of oil bring to boil.

  3. To this add coriander leaves, mint leaves & 1 hr before soaked basmati rice stir well & cook the rice.

  4. Now heat another vessel, add 2 tsp of ghee, 2 tsp of oil heat it, to this add the marinated prawns cook for 5 min.

  5. Sread the cooked rice on the cooking prawns, sprinkle coriander leaves, mint leaves, safron mixed milk, ghee & fried onion. 

  6. Close the lid & cook this for 10 more min on very low flame.
  7. Now the yummy prawns biryani is ready to serve with ritha.
