  1. In a bowl take boiled potatoes & mash them well, to this add salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger paste, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, 2 cups of wheat flour mix well, add water slowly & prepare soft dough.

  2. Take small portion of it, make as balls & prepare puris.

  3. Heat 250 ml of oil in a pan; deep fry the prepared puris.
