Instructions
  1. In a bowl take 1 cup of moong dal, 1/4 cup of chana dal soak them overnight.

  2. Grind them in a mixi jar as fine paste.

  3. Transfer this into a bowl, add 2 tsp of rice flour, salt to taste & required quantity of water mix well.

  4. Now heat a pan; spread 1 tsp of oil, take 1 ladlee of batter spread on the pan cook this for 2-3 min.

  5. Serve the hot pesarattu with coconut chutney or ground nut chutney.
