  1. Heat 3-4 tsp of oil, 1 tsp of ghee in a pan; add ground nut saute for 2- 3 min.

  2. Now add chana dal, urad dal, dry red chilli, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli, pepper powder, salt, turmeric one after one stir well.

  3. Finally add boiled tamarind paste mix well & cook for 5 min.
  4. Turn off the flame, add the cooked rice mix well & serve.
