  1. Take 1 cup of wheat flour & 1 cup of maida in a bowl, add pinch of sugar & salt mix well.

  2. To this add 3 tsp of hot oil, mix well & add water knead it well & prepare soft dough. Keep this a side for 30 min by covering​it with moistened cloth.
  1. Heat 3-4 tsp of oil in a pan; add coriander seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onion saute well, add turmeric powder, salt, green chilli & green peas cook for few min.

  2. To this add boiled mashed potatos stir well & cook for 5 min. Add coriander powder & garam masala, coriander leaves. Turn off the stove.

  3. Now take small portion of dough, roll as oval shape, cut the adges, roast both sides of it on a pan.

  4. Make the chapathi as cone shape, fill it with potato curry, close the adges using maida slurry & deep fry the samosa till it becomes golden brown on medium flame.

  5. Serve the hot samosa with tomato ketchup.
