Instructions
  1. Take 2 cups of basmati rice in a vessel add 3 cups of water, whole garam masala spices cook for 10 min.

  2. Now heat 2 tsp of ghee & 3 tsp of butter in pan; add whole garam masala spices, sahi jeera, bay leaf, onion fry for 5 min. Add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala, stir well.
  3. Now add chopped paneer saute for 5 min. Add cooked rice & stir thoroughly. Cook this for 5 min.

  4. Finally add coriander leaves, lemon juice serve hot with ritha.
