Method of Preparation:
In bowl take paneer pieces (1cup) and mash them, add mida (1/2cup) and salt (pinch) mix this weel and make dough if required use milk.
Take small amount of the dough and make small balls.
Deep fry the balls in oil (500ml) and transfer in to a plate.
Now take sugar (1cup) in a pan add water (1/2cup) and cardamom powder (1sp) prepare sugar syrup.
Take the syrup into a bowl; add the prepared balls and soak for 30min and serve.
