Paneer Jamoon

Method of Preparation:

  • In bowl take paneer pieces (1cup) and mash them, add mida (1/2cup) and salt (pinch) mix this weel and make dough if required use milk.
  • Take small amount of the dough and make small balls.
  • Deep fry the balls in oil (500ml) and transfer in to a plate.
  • Now take sugar (1cup) in a pan add water (1/2cup) and cardamom powder (1sp) prepare sugar syrup.
  • Take the syrup into a bowl; add the prepared balls and soak for 30min and serve.
