Instructions
  1. Heat 4 tsp of oil in a pressure cooker; add whole garam masala (clove 3, cardamom 1, cinnamon 1), chopped onion, green chilly, ginger-garlic paste, termeric, curry leaves saute for 2-3 min.

  2. Now transfer cleaned mutton stir well & cook for 5 min.
  3. To this add red chilly powder, salt to taste, cumin powder, coriander powder, chopped tomato saute it for 2-3 min.
  4. Now add 1/4 cup of water & close the lid & allow it for 2-3 viscles.

  5. Remove the lid add garam masala & cook for 5 min or until the gravy becomes thick.
  6. Finally sprinkle the cashews & coriander leaves & serve.
