Mutton Kofta Curry

  1. In a mixi jar take 250 g of boneless mutton, fried chana dal, green chilli, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves, almonds grind it & transfer into a bowl. Make the mixture as small balls & deep fry in oil for about 5 min.

  2. Now heat 4 tsp of oil in a pan; add chopped ginger, garlic & onion saute for 3 min.

  3. Add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste stir well, now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder stir & add casuew nut- chironji paste, kaskas paste & tomato puree cook for 5 min.

  4. To this add fried mutton balls cook for 5 more min.

  5. Now add garam masala, coriander leaves, mint leaves & serve hot with rice or roti.
