Mutton Ghee Roast

  1. Heat 3 tsp of ghee, add chopped ginger and garlic saute for 1 min.

  2. Add turmeric & mutton fry for 4-5 min & add required water cook the mutton well.

  3. Now heat a pan; add Kashmiri chilli, coriander seeds, pepper, clove, cinnamon sticks, anise flower, sahijeera dry roast for 3-4 min & grind using small quantity of water.

  4. Now heat another pan; add 3-4 tsp of ghee, add chopped onion saute fo 2 min. 

  5. To this add turmeric, ginger garlic paste fry for 5 min.

  6. Add the prepared paste saute for 3-4 min. Now add cooked mutton cook for 5-10 min.

  7. Add coriander powder, garam masala cook until curry becomes thick.

  8. Finally sprinkle lemon juice & coriander leaves & serve hot with rice or roti.
