Mutton Curry

Method pf Preparation:

  • Clean and Cut the mutton in to desired size.
  • Take a pressure cooker place on stove add oil (4 to 5tbsp) add green chillies, curry leaves, chopped onions, turmeric and ginger-garlic paste fry for 2 to 3min.
  • Now add the mutton fry for 5min then add chilli powder and salt, add small amount of water add garam masala.
  • Place the cooker lid allow to get 3 vesicles on medium flam.
  • Take out the curry in to serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
