  1. Heat 3-4 tsp of oil in a pan; add 3 cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks, cumin seeds, green chilli, chopped ginger, garlic & onion stir well cook for 3-4 min.

  2. Now add turmeric, ginger-garlic paste saute it.
  3. Now add finely chopped tomatoes, cook for 5 min. After this add cumin powder, garam masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt cook for 2 min.
  4. Add chopped mushroom saute well, add some water & cook for 10 min.
  5. Finally add coriander leaves & serve hot with rice or roti.
