Mushroom Koramenu Poratu

Method of Preparation:

  • Take koramenu fish pieces, remove bones. Transfer into a vessel; add water, salt (1/2sp) and turmeric (1/2sp) boil for 5min.
  • Heat oil (5sp) in a pan; add chopped garlic (1sp), green chilly (1sp), and curry leaves (1sp) fry for 1min. 
  • Add chopped ginger (1sp), onion (1/4cup), turmeric (1/2sp), ginger garlic paste (1sp) and finely chopped mushroom (1/2cup) and salt (1sp) fry for 5min.
  • Now add the boiled fish, red chilly powder (1sp) fry for 5min.
  • Add garam masala (1/2sp), dania powder (1/2sp).
  • Transfer this into a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves, sliced onion and lemon juice.
