Murgh Afghani

Method of Preparation:

  • Clean the chicken (whole chicken) and keep aside.
  • In a bowl take magaz paste (1sp), cashewnuts paste (2sp), khuskhus paste (1sp), fresh cream (1/2cup), red chilly powder (2sp), salt (1sp), ginger-garlic paste (1sp), garam masala (1sp) and white pepper powder (1/2sp) mix thoroughly.
  • Apply this masala paste to the whole chicken and keep a side the chicken for 4-5hr hours.
  • Grill in a tandoor till golden.
  • Serve this murgh afgani hot.
