Method of Preparation:
In a pan take 2sp of oil and heat it, add finely chopped onion (1cup), ginger garlic paste, 1cup of chopped capsicum (red yellow and green), fry it for 5min.
Add red chilly powder (2sp).
Now add equal quantities of boiled vegetables (beans, potato, cauliflower, sweet corn, carrot).
Now add cooked rice (2cups) mix it well. Add salt and garam masala.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
