Masala Fish Fry

  1. Take a mixi jar, into this add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, pinch of turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, 2 tsp of curd & coriander leaves grind into a soft paste.

  2. Take cleaned fish into a bowl, apply the prepared masala paste to the both sides of fish.

  3. Heat 100 ml of oil in a pan, fry both sides of fish for 5-10 min.

  4. Serve hot by decorating with lemon & onions.
