  1. Heat oil in a pan; add bay leaf, red chilli, shahi jeera, chopped onion saute for 2- 3 min. Add turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, saute well.

  2. To this add chopped tomatoes stir & cook for 5 min.
  3. Now add red chilli powder, chicken masala powder, chicken pieces stir well, cook for 15 min on medium flame.

  4. Add small quantity of water stir well & cook for 10 more min or till water evaporates.
  5. Now add garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder mix well, sprinkle coriander leaves & serve hot with rice or roti.
