Heat oil in a pan; add bay leaf, red chilli, shahi jeera, chopped onion saute for 2- 3 min. Add turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, saute well.
Now add red chilli powder, chicken masala powder, chicken pieces stir well, cook for 15 min on medium flame.
Now add garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder mix well, sprinkle coriander leaves & serve hot with rice or roti.
