Masala Chicken Curry

  1. Heat 4 tsp of oil in a pan; add finely chopped onion saute well & cook till they turn to translucent. Add chopped green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder saute well.

  2. Now transfer the cleaned chicken stir well and cook for about 5 min. To this add salt, red chilli powder cook for 10 min.
  3. Now add very finely chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, curd and cook until tomatoes gets soften by closing the lid.
  4. To this add dry coconut powder, garam masala stir well and cook for 5 min.

  5. Finally add coriander leaves and serve with rice or roti.
