Mangalore Mutton Curry

  1. Heat a pan; dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chilly, dry coconut powder & grind them well.

  2. Heat 3 tsp of oil in a pressure cooker; add chopped garlic, onion fry for 3 min, now add turmeric, curry leaves, mutton cook for 5 min.
  3. Now add salt to taste, red chilly powder, previously prepared masala mix thoroughly.
  4. Add required water & close the lid allow it for 3-4 viscles.

  5. Then remove move the lid & allow this to form semi gravy add garam masala & coriander leaves & serve.
