Making of baby corn fry – Baby corn fry reciepe

Baby corn is a very healthy food. You can make a number of items with baby corn along using fresh spices. You can add any veggies to it but they should be finely chopped.

Most of the kids love to have baby corn along with roti or bread. You can also use baby corn fry for stuff for the sandwich.

  • 5-6 nos Baby corns
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped carrots and chopped capsicum
  • 1 pinch Turmeric (haldi)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 spring Curry leaves and coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Garam masal
  • 3/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  1. Rinse the baby corn and remove the edges. Cut them into 2inch size or as required. 

  2. Heat the oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds then ginger garlic paste. Saut it for some time to.

  3. Add onions fry them till it gets transparent.

  4. Add baby corn, chopped veggies and fry them for a minute.

  5. Add turmeric and salt then mix well.

  6. Cover the pan with the lid. Cook in low flame till the baby corn cooked. If required sprinkle some water and cook. 

  7. Add the garam masala when the baby corn cooked well.

  8. Stir in between and fry for 5min. Then add coriander leaves and curry leaves.

  9. Saut it for few more minutes without lid.

  10. Serve hot with roti or rice.
