  1. Heat a pan; add 200 g of mashed paneer, 100 ml milk maid, 50 g of milk powder stir well cook on medium flame for about 10-15 min with occasional stirring.

  2. Now reduce the flame stir the mixture continuously for 5 min. After thickening add 1 tsp of cardamom powder, mix well & turn of the flame.
  3. Transfer the kalakand into a plate which is greased with ghee.
  4. Set the mixture as block. Sprinkle finely chopped pista & keep it in refrigerator for 30 min.

  5. Now cut the kalakand in desired shape & serve.
