Kala Jamoon

  1. Heat 3 tsp of ghee in a pan, add 1/4 of milk, 1/4 cup of cream stir it, add milk powder stir continuously till it not sticking to the pan. This is instant kowa.

  2. Take 150 g of sugar in a vessel, add 100 ml of water, heat it & prepare syrup. Add cardamom powder, lemon juice.
  3. Take 1/2 cup of crumbled paneer a another bowl, kneed it form as soft dough, to this add the prepared kowa knead well & prepare soft dough.

  4. Now add 2 tsp of maida, pinch of baking soda & little water knead well.
  5. Take small portion of it place in another bowl, add finely chopped cashew nuts, almonds, 2 tsp of saffron water mix well. Prepare small balls.
  6. Take small portion from jamun dough flattend it & place the dry fruit dough and seal it. Make as smooth balls. 
  7. Heat 250 ml of oil in a pan; place the prepared jamoon one after the other & fry them in a slow flame until they become dark brown.
  8. Place the fried kala jamoons in the sugar syrup & rest for 30 min & serve.
