Kadai Chicken

Ingredients
  • 250 g Chicken
  • 3-4 tsp Oil
  • 10 Red chilli
  • 4-5 tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tsp Clove
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 2 tsp Garlic
  • 1 Cup Onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 3 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato
  • 2-3 tsp Cashew Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Instructions
  1. In pan take red chilli, coriander, clove, pepper, cumin seeds, fennel seeds dry roast for 4-5 min & grind it.

    In another pan heat 3 sp oil; red chilli, garlic, onion fry for 3-4 min, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, prepared kadai chicken masala, red chilli powder & salt saute it. 

    Add tomato & cook for 3-4 min. 

    Now add chicken saute it & cook for 15 min. 

    Now add cashew paste, remaining kadai chicken masala & garam masala mix well cook this for about 5 min.

    Finally sprinkle coriander leaves and lemon Juice. Serve hot with rice or roti.
