Instant Masala Dosa

Instructions
  1. Heat a pan; add 1/2 cup of urad dal, 2-3 tsp of chana dal, 1/4 cup of toor dal dry roast, cool it grind as fine powder. This can be used as instant dosa powder for about 1 month.

  2. Take another bowl, add 2 cups of rice flour & 3 tsp of bombay rava, add the prepared dosa powder, salt, pinch of sugar, baking soda, 1/2 cup of curd mix well. Add required quantity of water to get dosa batter consistency. 

  3. Keep it a side for 30 min to 1 hr.

  4. Now heat a dosa pan, spread 1 tsp of oil, pour dosa batter & spread it as dosa cook for 2-3 min. Now place aloo curry roll the dosa & take out of the pan.

  5. Serve the dosa with coconut chutney or ground nut chutney.
