Instant Jalebi

  1. In a bowl take 1/2 cup of maida, baking powder, 2 tsp of basan, cardamon powder, orange food colour, 3 tsp of curd mix well & keep it a side for 15 min.

  2. Fill the jalebi mixture in the piping bag.
  3. Heat 200 ml of ghee in a pan; place jalebi mix as circles in the ghee & deep fry for 5 min.

  4. Now heat 1 cup of water in a vessel, add 1 cup of sugar boil it & form thick syrup. Turn off the flame.
  5. Finally place the fried jalebi in the sugar syrup & soak for 10 min or till it absorbs sugar syrup completely.
