Frech fries recipe is very flexible. Double fry them if you want crunchy and crispiness. Have them when hot or warm.
Rinse well the potatoes in water.
Remove the skin completely.
Cut the potatoes like french fries shape.
Boil the water in a vessel.
Add the potato pieces in water then add some salt.
After 5min get down the vessel from the stove and drain the potatoes.
Spread the potatoes in kitchen towel to remove the excess water, let it cool down for some time.
Heat the oil in a pan for deep fry.
Slowly add the potatoes in oil and fry them in batches if required. Remove them before they change to brown.
Lift out the fries from oil and place them on a plate. Let them cool down.
Then again fry them in hot oil and remove it immediately before they burnt.
Sprinkle the salt, dhania powder, and chili powder and mix well.
Server the crispy french fries with sauce or chutney.
