  1. Heat 4 tsp of olive oil in a pan; add 1/4 cup of finely chopped garlic saute for 2 min on low flame.

  2. To this add onion cubes saute well, add turmeric, chicken cook for 5 min.

  3. Now add tomato puree, red chilli paste, pepper, garlic sauce, salt cook for 10-15 min or until oil floats on top of curry.

  4. Now add coriander powder, chicken masala, spring onion, coriander leaves stir well. Cook until all the moisture evaporates.

  5. Serve the garlic chicken with biryani rice or roti.
