Green Fish Curry

  1. In a bowl, take boneless fish pieces, add turmeric, salt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste mix thoroughly.

  2. Heat 2 tsp of butter in a pan fry the fish for 5-10 min on low flame.
  3. In a mixy jar take chopped tomatoes, green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, whole garam masala ( clove 3, cardamom 1, pepper 4-5, cinnamon 1), water 2 tsp grind it & keep a side.

  4. Now heat 2 tsp of butter in another pan, add chopped onion fry them for 5 min until they turn golden brown, add turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, add the above prepared green mixture, fry for 2-3 min.

  5. Now add salt & fried fish to the cooking mixture & cool for 5 min.
  6. Finally add garam masala powder, coriander powder & serve hot by sprinkling coriander leaves & lemon juice.
