Gongura Fish Curry

Method of Preparation:

  • Heat oil (3sp) in a pan; add chopped onion (1/2cup), green chilly (2sp), curry leaves (1sp), ginger garlic paste (1sp), turmeric (1/2sp), jeera and menthi paste (1/2sp) and  add fish pieces (500g) stir for 2min.

  • Now add red chilly powder (2sp), salt (1sp), tamarind juice (1/2cup) and water (1/2cup). Cock for 5-10min.
  • Finally add boiled gongura paste (1/2cup), stir for 2min and add garam masala cock for 2-3min.
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve got with steamed rice.
