Goa Fish Curry

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Onion
  • 4-5sp Coriander Seeds
  • 2 tsp Methi Seeds
  • 4-5 Red chilli
  • 4 tsp Raw Coconut
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Tamarind Juice
  • 1 tsp Venigar
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
  • Few Coriander leaves
  • 1 kg Fish
  • 1/4 Cup Water
Instructions
  1. In a mixi jar take mustard seeds, cumin seeds, methi seeds, onion, coriander seeds, red chilli, raw coconut, grind & make paste.

  2. Heat 5-6 oil in a pan, transfer the prepared paste & fry for 10-15min till oil floats on top.

  3. Add tamarind juice, water, venigar, to this add cleaned fish stir slowly.
  4. After 3-4min add coconut milk, garam masala cook for 10min.

  5. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
